My car died in the middle of the the street. I had it towed and left at Shell. They were closed that day and the following day. When they retuned they found out my alternator needed to be replaced. They took care of it that day and let me pick it up after closing. I hated relying on others to get me to and from work, and was thrilled to get it back so quickly.
