I'm always exceedingly happy with their service. I've even come in for an oil change/service only to be told it wasn't necessary! Jim and his team illustrate integrity. They do things right, they communicate and work with you when things go south, and set the bar really high for other businesses of this type. 6 months ago we moved away from Fort Mill and STILL endure the long drive to get the service of our vehicles performed. It's very hard to find reputable shops run by people with integrity.
Excellent service I had a battery change, oil change, replaced air filters and wipers. I was in and out quickly. w/o an appointment. The waiting area is clean Conversation with the staff was enjoyable .......And I got a complementary car wash !!

The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and showed concern for not just me, but everyone at the shop. The shop was very busy when I was there. I didn’t feel rushed, instead I felt welcomed. Looking forward to going back!

Took my car i and told the person what is wrong with it, and soI made the appointment to have my car fixed there. I give CUSTOMER SERVICE A 100% and I give the mechanic who worked on my car also 100% PLUS PLUS. The person knew what to do called me about the problem I said YES go ahead and fix it and I recieved my car the following day and paid the bill and I am very very HAPPY-PLEASED. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU My next vehicle will be in there soon to be worked on as I requested. I will be making that appointment with y"all soon rick volpe
