The icing on the cake is that THEY GENUINELY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - no BS, no gouging - you can expect honesty, friendly service, and a job well done! A few months ago I bought a part for a water pump at a parts store, called Shell Rapid Lube, they installed it that same day within an hour - and at a very fair price! The owner explained to me that because I brought the part with me, they couldn't warranty it and that I could order it through them if I wanted. It would have been a little more expensive and taken a day or two to get, but I didn't want to wait. But he explained everything clearly, kindly, let me make my decision and his team got the job done! I always take my vehicle to Shell for oil changes and tire rotations - I've never had to wait long and their staff is always friendly and eager to help. A couple of times they gave me coupon discounts when I didn't even know a coupon was out. I've seen them do this for others, too. They recently did something very kind for a neighbor of mine that was in a bind, and it came to a large sum - which Shell did not charge them for. How many businesses do you know would do that, especially during 2020? Shell represents community, effort, humanity, quality - great work at a great price, and they do it all with a genuine smile on their face. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
