After my car broke down unexpectedly, I had the car towed to this location. They replaced my alternator and battery the next day, The cost for the repair was reasonable.

I have been going to Shell Rapid Lube and Service center since I moved to Fort Mill in 2010. Everyone there is very helpful and very outgoing and friendly. They always tell me what they are doing, what I need done right away and what I need done but can wait. Customer service to me is very important and caring about your customers is a lost art which is why I gave 5 stars. Highly recommend for your car service needs!
